To prevent all these problems, one should always try to consume foods like nuts, mushrooms, and soya beans because they are an excellent source of Selenium. Brazil nuts and other types of nuts are a good source of Vitamin E. It is quite good in treating and dealing with anxieties. 


Even eggs and most importantly egg yolks are another source of Vitamin D. Eggs are also a great source of proteins and the intake of protein is equally important for human bodies. Eggs have tryptophan. Tryptophan is an amino acid that helps to create serotonin. Serotonin comes with multiple qualities. It helps to regulate mood swings, memory and behavior and at the same time helps to improve the brain function and relieves the anxiety of a person. 


Turmeric is a spice that is mainly used while cooking food in various South-Asian countries. Curcumin is an active ingredient of Turmeric and it helps in reducing and lowering the anxiety of a person. It is quite good at lowering anxieties. Reports have shown that curcumin is quite effective for obese adults. Try to include turmeric in your daily diet. Although it has a minimal flavor but works in a great way. Apart from all this, turmeric is effective in preventing cancer in human bodies. It can kill cancer germs very easily. Thus from now onwards it is better to add a bit amount of turmeric in your diet so that you can stay free from anxieties and other types of mental disorders.
